I am fortunate enough to have access to multiple high-tech gyms here on post, free for me to use (there's a cost for childcare, should I need it, and there's a fee to join a class, but no membership costs), but not everyone is so lucky, and quite frankly, I'm not crazy about sweating with strangers. So what's an overweight, busy woman to do?

I love spray paint for a quick decor sprucing up. I have a wicker basket collection, and have decided that I am going to do Americana on my main level in the house, so I am spray painting them in a rustic way so that some of the wood shows through. I will be using red and blue paint on the baskets. I'll post pictures once I have the baskets hanging...
