Decision making dayDear Jody, please try to keep us updated on how things are going. I know how hard it is to go through this! I've been battling cancer for almost 25 years. This last go round I refused treatment and left it in the hands of the Lord. I felt impressed to change our diet to no simple sugars or starches. To go with 100% whole grains and make everything from scratch. 2 years later I'm not only still here but functioning very well. I figure when it's my time the Lord will call me home. My children love our new diet. They first thought the home made taco shells would be terrible and after trying them they grind up corn and make them all the time and use them to dip and use as chips! Remember we are all praying for you! Follow your heart and make up your own plan to follow after hearing all the facts. Oh I know how hard it is and so confusing on which plan to go with! God be with you!

Freedom!Well I only got an hour off but it was great! Got to read a chapter in a couple books I've been trying to read and a short nap before I had to lace up those boots and got moving again. Snowing and DD had to go out to the horse farm 40 miles away and I drove her in the 4 wheel drive truck just in case... Got my new gas range installed while I was gone. Yea!!! The last couple weeks has been frustrating without a working reliable oven. Worked up a huge batch of V-8 tonight so got done with all the stuff that would go bad fast now. Now down to carrots, beets, potatoes and sweet potatoes. Waiting for the rest of the beets to come in and then do those and can do the rest slowly. Hope my son gets a couple deer this weekend to fill our freezers up!

No AC here now!The contractor who installed this unit crimped the flow switch. He cost us over $3000 with this mess. Glad Lennox sent someone out finally who found the problem and got it replaced and fixed finally!
