Cool Apricot Glaze

want to dress-up those pork chops or chicken breasts? here's something easy to shake things up
Apricot Glaze
2 tbs apricot nectar
2 tbs apricot preserves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer about 15 minutes or until thickened and reduced to glaze consistency. 2 servings = about 60 calories.
pour over the cooked (style doesn't matter) meat and YUM!
